I’ve heard many people proclaim they have ‘no regrets’. Wouldn’t that be nice! I do have a few regrets. Isn’t hindsight a wonderful thing? And yet, I can use this hindsight to examine a situation I wish hadn’t occurred, or I had handled differently. Although, it has been said that ‘lightning doesn’t strike twice’, I don’t believe this to be entirely true. Perhaps though we can prevent the exact scenario occurring a second time in the exact same way. We can do this by using our ‘regret’ to modify our reactions for a more favourable outcome.

What do you think? Is it possible to live entirely without regret?
